Capoeira for Children at Fondation Suzanne Bastien Art Gallery
Capoeira is a vibrant Brazilian art form that combines movement, music, culture, and play. Through kicks, spins, acrobatic movements, games, and traditional rhythms, children develop balance, coordination, confidence, discipline, and teamwork in a fun, supportive, and creative environment. Capoeira is also an excellent way for children to stay active while discovering Brazilian culture through music and movement. Capoeira is widely recognized for promoting physical fitness, coordination, self-confidence, and social skills in children.
